My Monster
November 9, 2011 by Jan Smith
I like the way I made my monster. I personally think it is the best.
The Monster walks to get a drink. He slips and hits his head. I don’t now how he slipped but I do know he is in the hospital.
The Monster’s Story
I just wanted a drink–that’s all, a drink. I don’t now how I slipped because I got a concussion. I woke up in a place with metal bars as walls and one window. I was chained to a table. I yelled for help and two soldiers came in with rifles. Boy, was I scared!
All of a sudden four doctors entered the room. They had needles and other things I can’t describe. One of the doctors stuck a needle in to my arm and I blackout out…
I woke up in a truck still tied to the table and I wanted out so I broke the chain. Being a monster made it easy to break the chain.
I jumped out of the truck. Immediately I noticed another truck coming but this one was diffident. It was black with big white letters they said S.W.A.T. When I hit the ground I ran. They must have seen me because I heard gun shots and there I was, running for my life.

Dylan,
What an intriguing beginning! I think your monster picture is really good, too. I hope you’ll be continuing the story soon!
I’ve included a link to your post in my “blog tour” so my students and others will be stopping by.
Keep up the great blogging!
